Sleep Out 2024

Shining a light on youth homelessness in central Ohio.

Registration Kick-Off: Thursday, April 18, 2024, 5-7pm
Sleep Out: Friday, May 31, 2024, 8pm - 8am

Both events will take place at:
lower.com field
JPMorgan Chase Plaza & Pub
96 Crew Way, Columbus

3,000 young people ages 14 to 24 will experience homelessness in Columbus in 2024.

Another 4,000 will be at risk of homelessness, unsure of where they will sleep on any given night.

At Huckleberry House, our lights are always on.

With hope, Huckleberry House shelters, supports, and guides youth navigating challenges.

In 2023, we met the needs of homeless and unstably housed 12-24 year olds, providing nearly 36,000 nights of shelter in our crisis shelter and housing programs.

Whether you’ve slept out before or considering sleeping out for your first time, we hope you will join us in solidarity with youth who experience homelessness. You will be helping raise awarness and much needed funds for Huckleberry House’s proven programs.

Join Sleep Out and help us shine a light on youth homelessness in central Ohio.

Thanks to everyone who joined us in person and virtually  on April 21, 2023 to Sleep Out!  Because of your efforts and involvement, we were able to raise nearly $100,000 for Huckleberry House programs and services in 2023!  Each dollar raised supports programming that provides comprehensive support and safe housing for youth experiencing homelessness!
